Instructions on withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kerkamm Feuerwehr Sicherheit Technik GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 2-4, 25337 Elmshorn, Telephone: 04121 1222, Email: info@weltreisemobile.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion and Expiry Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
