Living
The standard height of 207 cm creates a spacious feeling, and the bed can be easily extended to a comfortable area of up to two by two meters. The intelligent use of storage space provides ample room for your clothes and essentials. To ensure maximum robustness, all furniture and doors are equipped with household-quality hinges and fittings. Our decor and upholstery are made from high-quality materials and can be individually selected by you.
Cooking
Our kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances and plenty of space because we know how hungry traveling can make you. Depending on your preference, we install 2- or 3-burner gas stoves or household induction cooktops, each with integrated ovens. This allows you to cook almost like at home. To ensure you have enough space for your groceries, we install compressor refrigerators in suitable sizes according to your needs.
Sleeping
To start the new day fresh and well-rested, the spacious sleeping area is equipped with generous storage spaces for your clothes, as well as blackout blinds and mosquito nets. The bed can be easily extended to a comfortable area of up to two by two meters. You can also individually choose the firmness and length of your Froli 5-zone cold foam mattress with us.
Bathroom
Our bathrooms offer plenty of space and comfort for a great start to your adventure. Our shower trays, measuring 60x90 cm, provide ample space for everyone, and the three-part shower partition in household quality allows for a solid separation between the shower and the toilet, keeping the bathroom dry. The washbasins are made from durable Corian or HPL and can be individually selected by you.
Vehicle Details
Chassis
- We optionally build your world travel vehicle on a MAN, Scania, Mercedes, etc.
- The approved gross weight is 18 tons, offering space for 2 sleeping places and 5 approved seating places.
- The overall length is 8.22 meters, the width is 2.45 meters, and the height is 3.90 meters.
- The diesel tank holds 390 liters; an additional diesel tank with up to 150 liters can be installed.
- Each of our vehicles comes with a passage with a folding bellows between the cab and the living cabin.
Equipment
- The double bed can be installed as either a longitudinal or transverse bed and measures up to 1.80m x 2.10m.
- We are happy to install a macerator toilet with a waste tank of up to 235 liters (other toilets are also possible).
- To create a more homely atmosphere, we install high-quality indirect LED lighting.
- Optionally, we integrate a 360° Birdview camera system and parking aids.
- A low entry with an electric step facilitates access to your vehicle.
- If desired, we can also install branch deflectors made of aluminum round tubes.
Electrics
- We can optionally install chargers ranging from 75Ah to 150Ah.
- Power supply is via 230V and/or 210V with thermal bridge-free design.
- If desired, we can also install an inverter.
- Central system control from Büttner, Victron, or Mastervolt is possible.
- A solar system with up to 840W and a solar charge controller can be installed on this vehicle.
- Multimedia and technical systems are installed according to customer specifications.
Water, Gas, and Heating
- Freshwater, gray water, and black water tanks are made of 10mm UV-resistant polyurethane with large maintenance openings and tank indicators.
- Tank capacities are up to 450 liters for fresh water and 240 liters for gray water, with a separate rinse water tank of up to 150 liters for unfiltered water.
- We offer the installation of an LPG gas tank with up to 95 liters for self-fueling, as well as a gas remote display and external connections for a grill or stove; we can also build your vehicle gas-free.
- For water treatment, we can install multi-stage filters, UVC lamps, or UVC generators.
- All tanks are frost-proof to -30°C and placed inside the heated cabin.
- You can choose between a Truma, Webasto, or Alde heating system with hot water preparation (also as redundant systems).
- For optimal heat distribution, we install air vents in your vehicle.
Cabin construction
We offer custom full-GRP cabins with a thermal bridge-free full-GRP sandwich construction featuring a 57mm wall structure in robust quality.
The exterior of our cabins is made from a GRP laminate that has been enhanced with moisture-resistant PU foam. The core consists of a highly insulating and moisture-resistant screw layer, specially developed by us, allowing us to screw in our furniture instead of gluing it, ensuring maximum robustness. Inside, the cabin features a durable and untreated decorative laminate.
The floor consists of an 80mm floor panel with integrated aluminum cross members and a heated double floor.
In our cabins, we install burglary-resistant KCT hardened glass windows or KCT hardened glass hatches with sun protection coating and integrated blackout blinds and mosquito nets, as well as flush-mounted Dometic S7 frame windows in a recessed special profile. Additionally, we offer Hühnerkopf windows or Hühnerkopf roof hatches and Outbound real glass windows or Outbound real glass roof hatches.
Moreover, doors, hatches, and flaps in our cabins are made burglar-proof with stainless steel hinge bands and a multi-point locking system as well as profile cylinders.
