Living
The variable seating/lying combination offers additional sleeping spaces or a place to relax on rainy days. Our decors and upholstery fabrics are made from high-quality materials and can be individually selected by you. The furniture and doors are also equipped with household-grade hinges and fittings to ensure maximum robustness. Additionally, the standard height of 207cm creates a spacious feeling, and the smart use of storage space provides ample room for your clothes and utensils.
Cooking
Since we know how hungry traveling can make you, our kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances and plenty of space. We install 2- or 3-burner gas stoves or household induction cooktops with integrated ovens, almost like at home. You can choose the perfect refrigerator yourself! We install compressor refrigerators in various sizes, tailored to customer preferences.
Sleeping
The spacious sleeping area is equipped with blackout blinds and mosquito nets, allowing you to start the next day well-rested. You can also choose the firmness and length of your Froli 5-zone cold foam mattress to suit your preferences. Additionally, the ample storage space provides plenty of room for your clothing, and if desired, a wardrobe for jackets or dresses can be installed.
Bathroom
For a great start to your adventure, our bathrooms offer plenty of comfort and space. With dimensions of 60x90cm, our high-quality stainless steel shower trays provide ample room for everyone. The opposite placement of the shower and toilet enlarges the bathroom by opening both doors for even more comfort or separates the sleeping and living areas. The individually selectable washbasins are durable and equipped with a Corian or HPL surface.
Vehicle Details
Chassis
- We offer the option to build your world travel vehicle on a MAN, Scania, Mercedes, etc. chassis.
- The approved total weight is 18 tons, providing space for 4 sleeping places and 5 approved seats.
- The overall length is 8.60 meters, the overall width is 2.45 meters, and the overall height is 3.65 meters.
- The diesel tank has a capacity of 510 liters, with the option to install an additional diesel tank with up to 150 liters.
- Each of our vehicles is equipped with a passage with a bellows between the driver's cab and the living cabin.
Equipment
- The double bed is a longitudinal sleeper bed, consisting of two single mattresses with dimensions of 2.05m x 0.80m. A large sleeping area is also optional.
- We are happy to install a macerator toilet with a waste tank of up to 235 liters (other types of toilets are also possible).
- To create a homely atmosphere, we install high-quality indirect LED lighting.
- Optionally, we integrate a 360° birdview camera system and maneuvering aids.
- A low entry with an electric step facilitates access to your vehicle.
- On request, we can also install a branch deflector made of aluminum round tube.
Electrical
- We can optionally install chargers with 75Ah to 150Ah.
- Power is supplied via 230V and/or 210V without thermal bridges.
- Upon request, we can also install an inverter.
- A central system control from Büttner, Victron, or Mastervolt is possible.
- A solar system with up to 1640W and a solar charge controller can be installed on this vehicle.
- Multimedia and technology systems are installed individually according to customer requirements.
Water, Gas, and Heating
- Drinking water, gray water, and black water tanks are made of 10mm UV-resistant polyurethane with large maintenance openings and tank indicators.
- The tank capacities are up to 450 liters of fresh water and 240 liters of gray water, with a separate rinse water tank of up to 150 liters for unfiltered water.
- We offer the installation of an LPG gas tank with up to 105 liters for self-refueling, as well as gas remote display and external connections for grill or stove; we can also make your vehicle gas-free.
- For water treatment, we can install multi-stage filters, UVC lamps, or UVC generators.
- All tanks are frost-proof up to -30°C and located inside the heated cabin.
- You can freely choose between a Truma, Webasto, or Alde heating system with hot water preparation (also as redundant systems).
- For optimal heat distribution, we install air outlets in your vehicle.
Cabin Construction
We offer custom full-GRP cabins with a thermal bridge-free full-GRP sandwich construction featuring a 57mm wall structure in robust quality.
The exterior of our cabins is made from a GRP laminate enhanced with moisture-resistant PU foam. The core consists of a highly insulating and moisture-resistant screw layer, specially developed by us, allowing us to screw in our furniture instead of gluing it, ensuring maximum robustness. Inside, the cabin features a durable and untreated decorative laminate.
The floor consists of an 80mm floor panel with integrated aluminum cross members and a heated double floor.
In our cabins, we install burglary-resistant KCT hardened glass windows or KCT hardened glass hatches with sun protection coating and integrated blackout blinds and mosquito nets. We also offer flush-mounted Dometic S7 frame windows in a recessed special profile, as well as Hühnerkopf windows or Hühnerkopf roof hatches, and Outbound real glass windows or Outbound real glass roof hatches.
Additionally, doors, hatches, and flaps in our cabins are made burglar-proof with stainless steel hinge bands and a multi-point locking system, as well as profile cylinders.
