Living
The standard height of 207 cm provides a spacious feeling with custom decor and high-quality upholstery. The furniture and doors are equipped with durable hinges and fittings of household quality, and the versatile seating/lying combination offers extra space for sleeping or relaxing. Our tested division of smart use of storage space also provides ample room for your clothing and essentials.
Cooking
Traveling makes you hungry. That’s why our kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances and ample space. With a 2- or 3-burner gas stove or a household induction cooktop with an integrated oven, you can cook and bake just like at home. You can conveniently store your groceries in one of our compressor refrigerators.
Sleeping
In the spacious sleeping area, equipped with our blackout and mosquito nets, you can start the next day well-rested. Our Froli 5-zone cold foam mattresses with climate quilt covers and customizable firmness levels, as well as a length of up to 200 cm, support a comfortable night's sleep.
Bathroom
Our bathrooms offer comfort and ample space for the best start to your adventure. With dimensions of 60x90 cm, our high-quality stainless steel shower trays provide plenty of room for everyone. The three-part shower partition in household quality allows for separation between the shower and the toilet, ensuring a dry bathroom area. The custom-selectable washbasins are durable and come equipped with either a Corian or HPL surface.
Vehicle Details
Chassis
- We build your world travel vehicle optionally on an Iveco or Mercedes chassis with low-range gearing and underbody sealing.
- The authorized gross weight is 7 tons, offering up to 5 sleeping places and 5 approved seating places.
- The overall length is 7.15 meters, the width is 2.35 meters, and the height is 3.65 meters.
- The vehicle can also be equipped with an additional diesel tank.
- Each of our vehicles comes with a passage with a folding partition between the cab and the living area.
Interior
- The double bed is a transverse bed measuring 140x207 cm; up to three bunk beds, each measuring 75x200 cm, are also possible.
- The type of toilet will be installed according to your preference; we recommend a dry separation toilet with a 35-liter urine tank for this weight class.
- To create a more homely atmosphere, we can install high-quality indirect LED lighting.
- Optionally, a 360° Birdview camera system and parking aids can be integrated.
- A low-entry electric step ladder facilitates access to your vehicle.
- The branch deflectors, made of aluminum round tubes, are installed according to your preference.
Electrics
- We can optionally install chargers ranging from 75Ah to 150Ah.
- Power supply is via 230V and/or 210V with thermal bridge-free design.
- An inverter can also be installed optionally.
- Central system control from Büttner, Victron, or Mastervolt is available if desired.
- This vehicle can accommodate a solar system with up to 3x210W panels.
- Multimedia and technical systems will be installed according to customer specifications.
Water, Gas, and Heating
- Freshwater, gray water, and black water tanks are made of 10mm UV-resistant polyurethane with large maintenance openings and tank indicators.
- Tank capacities of up to 220 liters for fresh water and 200 liters for gray water are installed according to customer wishes.
- The installation of an LPG gas tank with up to 95 liters for self-fueling, along with a gas remote display and external connections for a grill or stove, is possible.
- However, we can also build your vehicle gas-free if preferred. For water purification, we can install a multi-stage filter, UVC lamps, or UVC generators.
- All tanks are frost-proof to -30°C and placed inside the heated cabin.
- You can choose between a Truma, Webasto, or Alde heating system with hot water preparation (also available as redundant systems).
- To ensure optimal heat distribution, we install air vents in your vehicle.
Cabin Construction
We offer custom full-GRP cabins with a thermal bridge-free full-GRP sandwich construction and a 57mm wall structure of robust quality.
The exterior of our cabins is made of a GRP laminate, refined with moisture-resistant PU foam. The core consists of a highly insulating and moisture-resistant screw layer, specially developed by us, allowing us to screw the furniture instead of gluing it for maximum robustness. The interior features a durable, untreated decorative laminate.
The floor consists of an 80mm floor plate with integrated aluminum crossbeams and a heated double floor.
In our cabins, we install burglary-resistant KCT hard glass windows or KCT hard glass hatches with sun protection coating and integrated blackout blinds and mosquito nets, as well as flush-mounted Dometic S7 frame windows in a recessed special profile. We also offer Hühnerkopf windows or Hühnerkopf roof hatches, as well as Outbound real glass windows or Outbound real glass roof hatches.
Additionally, doors, hatches, and flaps are equipped with burglary-resistant stainless steel hinge bands and multi-point locking systems with profile cylinders.
